A year before their wedding, I was pulled over in the side of the road near Jökulsárlón skyping with Leah and Jacob. They were in North America at the time and I was in Iceland for another shoot. They poured out their heart to me and I knew their story would be something powerful to witness and be a part of. I waited over a year for their wedding, and the journey together started in Iceland.
The day before their wedding, we went out for some pre-wedding photos in Iceland on the South Coast and then these photos are from their wedding day itself. The storms swelled up along Dyrholey so we ended up moving their ceremony to the South Coast and then spend the evening exploring some of my favorite playes in the Reykjanes Peninsula.
